As the monsoon season hit Goa in June, Elbow Collective departed our increasingly sweaty base camp to venture towards dryer climates. Each going our separate ways we have been busy sharing and expanding our inspirations across the globe.

From the peaks of Himachal Pradesh, busy streets of Delhi, wet hills in Wales, mini mountains of Belgium, lovely London and beautiful Berlin to the southern Island of New Zealand and the lands of Canada; the Elbows are scattered far and wide, Exploring, Expanding and Empowering.
India kept a close hold of some of the Elbows. Beatrice disconnected for three weeks to set foot across the beloved mountain peaks. Alyse absorbed herself in studies of kashmir Shaivism Tantric strand of yoga whilst Lottie attended daily Tibetan Buddhism meditation classes in Dharamsala.
Michelle finalised her move to London where she'll be sharing Tantra and Circus tricks a plenty. Em continues to shine in New Zealand, teaching yoga and surrounded by nature.
Amelia danced and charmed in Cuba before hitting Germany for a challenging programme in Functional Range Conditioning and Anatomy. Grace and Sally shared yoga and meditation at the magical No Name festival in Ovifat, Belgium before Sally returned to London and Grace hopped across to Berlin to continue with a summer of movement and connection.
